Heard Shri M.V.Rai, learned counsel for the applicant. He has submitted that there is delay of 25 days in filing the revision application. He further submitted that the applicant is in jail, therefore, applicant could not file the revision within time. He has a good case on merit. Looking to the reasons mentioned in the application delay is condoned.

CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APPR) NO.______/2018 Heard Shri M.V.Rai, learned counsel for the applicant. He has submitted that he has good case on merit. The applicant is convicted for the offence punishable under
2 932APPR397.18 Section 326 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for two years and fine of Rs. 6,000/-. The applicant had paid fine amount of Rs. 6,000/- before the trial Court.
Looking to the submission jail sentence is suspended on following condition:- The applicant be released on bail on executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.

The applicant shall attend this Court, whenever is necessary.
