Heard Shri A.P. Raghute, learned counsel for the applicant.

Learned counsel has submitted that applicant/accused is convicted by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, (3rd Court), Chandrapur for the offence punishable under Section 324 of the Indian Penal Code. In the appeal, the said judgment is confirmed therefore, he has come before this Court. Learned counsel has submitted that he has a good case on merit, therefore, he prays to suspend the jail sentence. Looking to the submission, the jail sentence is suspended till the decision of the revision application.
