As per the extant assignment the present writ petition being of the year 2017 ought to go before the other Bench but, it seems that the Registry has listed this petition before this Court for the reason that there is an application for Review/Modification of order dated 13.12.2018, placed on record.

This Court has perused the contents of the said Civil Application (CAW) No.43/2019.

By this application, the petitioner is seeking Review/Modification of the order dated Prity

2 / 2 902.wp1998.2017 13.12.2018 to the extent that the petitioner seeks deletion of the words "who is present in person in this Court". According to the applicant/petitioner the said words found in the first paragraph of the said order dated 13.12.2018, were unnecessary and that these words may create complications.

This Court is of the opinion that the present application is frivolous and it does not deserve consideration at all. This Court had only recorded the fact about the presence of the respondent in this Court, when the said order was passed.

Hence, the application is dismissed.

The writ petition shall now be listed before the appropriate Bench.
