This application is filed by petitioner for permission to add Authority as mentioned in para of the application as respondent no.3 contending that the said Authority is a necessary party to decide the controversy involved in the petition.

In that view of the matter, application is allowed. Petitioner to amend the petition suitably within two weeks and serve amended copy of petition on respondents.

Shri Sonak, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for newly added respondent no.3. Stand over to 18/1/2019.
