This Court by order dated 14.11.2025, directed the petitioner to deposit the costs of Rs.50,000/- and after that it should be disbursed to the National Cancer Hospital. 2.

According to the petitioner, as it was not specifically mentioned as to where that amount is to be deposited and who will transfer the same to the National Cancer Hospital, the petitioner has directly deposited that amount to the National Cancer Hospital on 28.11.2025. In support of the same, the petitioner has placed on record the receipt dated 28.11.2025 and the communication from the National Cancer Institute to the Registrar of this Court. 3.

In view of this, the order dated 14.11.2025, is complied with by the petitioner. Hence, there is no need for
