"Issue notice to the respondents for final disposal of the matter returnable on 28.03.2019.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of notice to the respondent no.3.

In the meantime, the authorities of the Police Station, Dhantoli, Nagpur shall see that the order passed on 11.10.2018 is implemented, unless there is some contrary order or interim order of stay to the said order.
