Heard.
2.
The private respondents to the petition are already appointed on the relevant posts in relation to which the claim is agitated in the petition.
The only issue which is sought to be canvassed by the petitioner is, he having possessed P. G. Degree and Ph. D in 'Wild Life Science', can alone be held qualified for the posts in 'Management of the Rescue Centre' (Wildlife Research and Training Centre) which is managed and conducted under the aegis of the State Government. 4.
The fact remains that the private respondents are holding a degree of Master in Veterinary Science as such are selected and appointed.
5.
Since the private respondents are working for substantial period, this Court has not granted interim relief. However, as regards whether the post in question viz. the work assigned, having nature of management of rescue centre for the wild life could be managed by a person having specialized knowledge in wild life science such as Post Graduation/Doctorate or can be managed by a candidate having qualification of Master of Veterinary Science, is kept open to be agitated at the appropriate point of time and occasion.
915-WP-750-2019.odt 2 6.
However, it shall be always open for the petitioner to pursue the issue with the State Government in the matter of framing of the Policy/ Recruitment Rules on the above issue.
7.
With the above observations, the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn as prayed.
8.
We need to clarify that we have not appreciated the merits of the matter.
