Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the respondent No.2-Bank.

Both the learned counsel agree that their grievance would be redressed if Interim Application No.1438 of 2025 filed in Securitization Application No.200 of 2025 is directed to be decided by the Debts Recovery Tribunal within a time-bound period. 3.

Since the issue pertains to recovery of public amount, we direct the Tribunal to decide the aforesaid Interim Application No.1438 of 2025 within a period of six weeks from the date of production of this order. 4.
