As per First Information Report, complainant lodged report stating that he invested Rs.50,000/- in a Fixed Deposit. After maturity, he was to get Rs.66,000/- along with interest. The applicant cheated him. Therefore, crime was registered. The applicant has deposited Rs.66,000/- as per order of this Court dated 27.2.2019.

At the time of granting ad interim anticipatory bail on 14.1.2019, the applicant resigned in the year 2016 and offence is of the year 2018. Nothing is to be recovered from the applicant.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mrs.M.H.Deshmukh for the State strongly objects the present application.

In view of the above, ad interim order granted on 14.1.2019 stands confirmed.
