Shri P.S. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Prayer Clauses 3 and 4 in the writ petition now do not survive since necessary compliance has been made by the respondents.

Insofar as the challenge to the communication dated 20.07.2018 is concerned, it is informed that by Government Resolution dated 25.08.2022 the earlier Government Resolution dated 05.07.2010 has now been withdrawn. The order dated 20.07.2018 issued by the respondent no.2-Sant Gadgebaba Amravati University was based on the aforesaid Government Resolution. In this backdrop, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings if any grievance still survives. No costs.
