Heard Shri S.Paliwal, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri C.A. Lokhande, learned APP for the nonapplicant No.1. The applicant was released on temporary bail for a period of 15 days for the purpose of marriage of his son at Delhi. The applicant was in Tihar Jail, New Delhi. The applicant is facing one of the trials at Nagpur. Shri Paliwal, learned counsel has submitted that he was released by Tihar Jail, New Delhi on 13.12.2018 in the night. Therefore, he could not enjoyed the temporary bail of 15 days. Hence, temporary bail may be extended till 27.12.2018. As per the order of this Court, the applicant was not released immediately, but he was released late i.e. on 13.12.2018 in the night.

2 939ba1081.18 Looking to this difficulty, extension of bail till 27.12.2018 is granted on same terms and conditions. No further extension will be granted.
