CORAM

:

S. B. SHUKRE AND S. M. MODAK, JJ.

DATE :

21st December, 2018 Heard learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader for respondent nos. 1 to 3 and learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners appears by waiving notice. Copy of this application has also been served upon respondent no.4, as stated by learned AGP. Even otherwise, there is no need to issue any notice to the petitioners, considering the formal nature of prayer made in this application and that no prejudice is likely to be caused to the petitioners. Accordingly, we have considered the grounds taken in this application and we are of the view that they do justify the delay occurred in this case and, therefore, warrant grant of the limited prayer.

Application is allowed. Further three weeks' time is granted for complying with the judgment and order of this Court dated 23rd August, 2018.

Disposed of accordingly.
