The learned counsel for the respondents agree that the aforesaid issue has been decided in the said writ petitions.

Hence for reasons stated in the order dated 10/08/2022 disposing of Writ Petition No.8622/2018 with connected writ petitions, this writ petition also stands disposed of with no order as to costs.
