Shri A.M. Sudame, learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that there have been certain subsequent developments, which have necessitated raising of new challenges and giving a new shape to the grievances raised and the prayers made in this petition and, therefore, he seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition.

The learned A.G.P. submits that previously one petition filed by the petitioner has already been dismissed by this Court.
