This is an application filed by the applicants for condonation of delay in filing the application for setting aside the order dated 19.11.2018 of refusal of registration of appeal.

M.C.A. ST. NO.29281/2018 This is an application filed by the applicants for setting aside the order dated 19.11.2018 refusal of registration of appeal. Heard. Perused the application. It is submitted that as office objections were not removed, the learned Registrar (Judicial) has refused the registration of appeal. Learned advocate for applicants undertakes to remove the office objections within two weeks from today. In view thereof, the M.C.A. is allowed. The order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court on 19.11.2018 is hereby set aside and Second Appeal St. No.22287/2018 is restored to the file. M.C.A. stands disposed of.
