Considering the facts of the case and for the reasons stated in the application, the petitioners are permitted to implead additional respondents whose details are given in para 1 of the application. The civil application is allowed accordingly. No costs. WRIT PETITION NO.8477/2018 The petitioners have challenged the order passed by the learned Divisional Joint Registrar rejecting their application seeking permission to participate in the proceedings as intervenors. According to the petitioners, they are members of the Co-operative Society and the applicants before the Divisional Joint Registrar, who have filed the revision application, are not members of the Co-operative Society.

2 wp8477.18 The Divisional Joint Registrar has rejected the application filed by the petitioners observing that the application is filed after about 5 months.

Issue notice to the respondents.

The respondents may file reply / affidavit, if so advised, till 18th January, 2019.

List the petition for further consideration on 29th January, 2019.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the petitioners that the matter is closed for orders. By an ad interim order, the respondent No.1 - Divisional Joint Registrar is directed that he shall not pass the orders and allow the petitioners to participate in the proceedings and file their reply / affidavit. If the applicants before him, who have filed application, have no objection for the participation of the present petitioners, the Divisional Joint Registrar may proceed with the matter and dispose it on merits considering the reply / affidavit of the petitioners.

The respondents may circulate the petition earlier, if so advised.
