Heard Shri Lokhande, Advocate for the applicant. He has pointed out the statement of Padmakar Khonde and submitted that as per his statement one fair complex guy committed murder of the deceased where as the applicant is dark complex person and therefore, he is not the same person who has committed murder. This is not the only evidence collected by the prosecution other evidence also show that present applicant killed the deceased. The applicant along with others were absconding from the time of the incident when investigating agency went to arrest him he attempted to kill the Police Officer also caused injury to one of the Police Officer. In such circumstances the applicant is not entitled for bail. The application is rejected.
