Learned counsel for respondents submit that in view of subsequent development i.e. removing of tattoo by the petitioner, petitioner could be again subjected to the medical test before the Review Medical Board. He states that necessary steps for constitution of Review Medical Board where the case of the petitioner would be examined, would be taken within ten weeks from the receipt of this order.

Acting on the basis of statement made by the respondents, petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach this Court, if occasion arise. Petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
