Now the investigation has been completed and the only thing which has remained to be performed is of filing of the final report. As per the latest reply filed by respondent No.1, the final report is in the nature of "A" summary, but it could not be filed because of the interim order passed by this Court.

If such "A" final report is to be filed, the petitioner would have to be heard before any order, particularly the order of acceptance thereof, is passed by the jurisdictional Court. Such an opportunity of hearing is always available to a complainant like the petitioner and therefore, we are of the view that the purpose of this petition would be largely served if such an opportunity is afforded to the petitioner and then appropriate order is passed by the jurisdictional Court.

criwp1206.18.odt Accordingly, we dispose of the petition by directing that now the final report in accordance with law be filed and the petitioner be given an opportunity of hearing before any order on the final report so filed is passed by the jurisdictional Court.
