Civil Application(S) No. 1541 of 2018 in Second Appeal No.442/2015 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 20.12.2018 This application is filed for substituted service by way of paper publication upon respondent nos. 1 (c) and 1(d). It is stated in the application that the notices issued to aforesaid respondents returned unserved for want of correct address. According to the applicant, inspite of best efforts, the applicant could not be able to trace correct address of respondent nos. 1(c) & 1(d). Therefore, the applicant wants to serve the aforesaid respondent by paper publication. The application is supported by affidavit.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application and the bailiff report, the applicant is allowed to serve aforesaid respondents by substituted service on last known address.

Substituted service be effected upon respondent nos. 1(c) and 1(d) by publishing notice in local daily " Sakal" Or "Lokmat" Nagpur edition, in terms of Order V Rule 20(1-A) of CPC, returnable within four weeks.

In view of order passed on CAS No.1541/2018, the CAS No. 1537/2018 does not survive, the same is dismissed as such.
