For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

Accordingly, First Appeal No.413/2017 in operative Clause-(iii) of the judgment be corrected as under: "iii) Insurance Company has already paid the compensation amount to the claimants and, therefore, the present appellant is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,75,000/- deposited before this Court along with interest accrued thereupon."
