Appellants have filed this appeal under Section 14 (A) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

This court had granted interim order on 21.12.2018 which was confirmed on 21.02.2019 and the matter was admitted. By this appeal, the appellants have challenged the order dated 17.12.2018 passed by the Special Judge, Darwha DistrictYavatmal in Misc. Criminal Bail Application No.155/2018, whereby the application for anticipatory bail filed by the appellants was rejected.

In view of the fact that anticipatory bail has been confirmed, nothing survives in the present criminal appeal and it stands disposed of.
