It is stated in the application that the notice issued to aforesaid respondent returned unserved for want of correct address. According to the applicant, inspite of best efforts, the applicant could not be able to trace correct address of respondent. Therefore, the applicant wants to serve the aforesaid respondent by paper publication. affidavit.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application and the bailiff report, the applicant is allowed to serve aforesaid respondents by substituted service on last known address.

Substituted service be effected upon respondent by publishing notice in local daily " Dainik Bhaskar" Nagpur edition, in terms of Order V Rule 20(1-A) of CPC, returnable within four weeks.
