This application is filed for bringing legal representatives of the applicant on record, as the applicant, Chandumal s/o Chhataram Golani, is expired. The present five applicants are the legal heirs of the deceased applicant - Chandumal.

The appeal is filed against the order of acquittal under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
