Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.

According to him, though the petitioners were entitled to get benefits of the old pension scheme, same were not extended to them. He, in the aforesaid background, seeks challenge to the communication dated 26.03.2025 which is at page 42. 3.

If the aforesaid communication is perused, it categorically states that posts filled after 01.11.2005 are not entitled to the benefits of the old pension scheme.

Nothing has been brought to our notice by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the cut of date is illegal or improper or that the appointments were made before 01.11.2005.
