Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.
An innocuous prayer is made to direct the respondent No.1-Hon'ble Minister of Rural Development, Mantralaya to decide the appeal filed under Section 39 (3) of Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1959, arising out of the order dated 25.02.2025, within time bound period. 3.
Considering the fact that although the appeal was filed on 28.05.2025, it has not yet been decided, we direct respondent No. 1 to decide the same within a period of six weeks from the next date fixed.

It is further directed that the stay application shall be decided by the respondent No.1 within one week from the date of the appearance of the petitioner.

The petitioner undertakes to appear before the respondent No.1-Hon'ble Minister of Rural Development, Mantralaya, Mumbai on 24.12.2025.
