After hearing this matter for sometime, Shri V.N. Morande, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to the petitioner to file discharge application before the Trial Court with further liberty to file an application under Section 156 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking appropriate directions from the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class and also liberty to approach appropriate forum at appropriate time for seeking redressal of the other grievances involved in this petition, while keeping all questions open.

Leave with liberties, as prayed for, is granted. Disposed of accordingly. No costs.
