After arguing the matter for some time, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail alternate remedy.

Although learned AGP has invited attention to the order dated 27.02.2025, passed by this Court, in Writ Petition No.1092 of 2025, having regard to the facts of the instant case, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail alternate remedy, if there is no other legal impediment in approaching appropriate authority under the provisions of Maharashtra Land Revenue Code.
