Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

According to him, a vehicle has been seized illegally, but the order regarding release of vehicle has not been passed. He has invited our attention to page 26, which is a communication dated 10/12/2024.

Be that as it may, since according to the learned counsel for the petitioner the communication dated 10/12/2024 is not taken to its logical end, we direct the concerned respondent i.e. respondent no. 2 to decide the question of release of vehicle, in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the receipt of this order. 4.

Needless to mention that, the directions are given on the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner that the vehicle is not released.
