The learned counsel for the claimants states that solvent surety shall be furnished and the usual undertaking shall be filed in this Court within four weeks. 4.

Subject to compliance of the statement recorded supra, the application is allowed and the claimants are permitted to withdraw the balance amount with accrued interest.
