Learned counsel for the petitioners has made an innocuous prayer seeking a direction to Respondent No. 2, namely the Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur Division, Nagpur, to consider the proposal dated 21/04/2025 along with the reminder dated 03/09/2025.

Since the said proposal is pending before Respondent No. 2 and a reminder has already been issued on 03/09/2025, we direct Respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the proposal in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
