Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners has invited our attention to the communication dated 12.08.2025 by which the respondent-authorities have called upon him to produce the relevant papers regarding pendency of case before the Tribunal.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the relevant papers are not at all required for taking decision.

Be that as it may, the learned counsel for the petitioners can always submit a detailed reply to the communication dated 12.08.2025 and advance his contention.

Considering the fact that a detailed reply is not submitted, we direct that if reply is submitted by the nd.thawre
2/2 counsel for the petitioners to the notice 12.08.2025 within two weeks from the today, the respondent-authorities can take a call on the said reply in accordance with law within six weeks thereafter.

The decision taken be communicated to the petitioners by the respondent-authority within two weeks thereafter.
