This is an application for condonation of delay of about 226 days in filing the revision application. The reason given in the application for delay in approaching this Court is ill-health of the counsel. Notice was issued on this application on 15.03.2019 and the non-applicant was served. Till date, no reply has been filed to this application and today when the application is called out, none has appeared on behalf of the non-applicant. The learned counsel for the applicant is present and he has made submissions in support of the present application. 3.

In view of the above, for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the delay is condoned. Consequently the OfÏce is directed to register the present revision application and place the same for hearing in the next week.
