DATE : June 15, 2021 Heard Shri M. V. Amale, learned counsel for the applicant and perused the grounds for review. With regard to the agreement at Exhibit-66 it is found that the said ground of non-production of the agreement by the plaintiffs was considered while deciding the second appeal on merits. Entertaining the grounds now sought to be raised by filing this review application would amount to re-hearing of the appeal on merits. I do not find any error apparent on the face of record to invoke review jurisdiction. The Applications are therefore dismissed.
