JUNE 24, 2024 On 10/6/2024, the following order was passed :

"The Petitioner seeks adjournment. The record shows that Petitioner has not taken steps to bring on record the legal representative of Respondent Nos.1 and 4.

In the circumstances, Petitioner is directed to take effective steps to bring on record the legal representatives of Respondent Nos.1 and 4 within seven working days from today, failing which, he shall pay costs of Rs.5000/- which shall be deposited with the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Nagpur.

If the steps are taken, list the Petition for final disposal on 24th June, 2024."

2] Registry remark indicates that the learned Counsel for the petitioner has not taken effective steps to bring on record the legal representatives of respondent nos. 1 and 4 and has also not paid cost of Rs.5,000/-. 3] It appears that the petitioner is not serious in prosecuting the petition. None is appearing for the petitioner.
