Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. According to him, there is illegal structure standing on the approach way to the house of the petitioner. He has invited our attention to the communication dated 27th June, 2025 at Annexure-F to the petition, issued by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Wardha to the Block Development Officer, Wardha. 2.

Be that as it may, there is no decision on the said communication dated 27th June, 2025 by the Block Development Officer, Wardha. 3.

We, therefore, direct the Block Development Officer, Wardha, to take the communication dated 27th June, 2025 to its logical end within a period of ten weeks. The decision taken be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.
