By the present application, the applicants are seeking amendment in the application for condonation of delay. The amendment pertains to putting forth the date of death of the deceased Respondent No.1-A, 1-C and 16; as also the number of days of delay caused in filing the application and other formal amendment.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. For the reasons set out in the application, the Civil Application is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks. Once the amendment is carried out, issue notice to proposed Respondents, made returnable in four weeks.
