The applicant has filed this application to relax the condition No.3 imposed in the order dated 18.10.2024 by this Court in Criminal Application (ABA) No.710 of 2024 that "the applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station once in a week on Monday between 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and shall cooperate with the investigating agency". 5.

It appears that since last one year, the applicant is attending the police station. Now the charge-sheet is filed. Trial is also commenced. The applicant is attending the Kavita
