In view of the order dated 8th December, 2025, the Registry was directed to permit the applicants to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the respondents along with interest accrued thereon. However, grievance is raised by the applicants that the Registry is not permitting them to withdrawal of the said amount through their power of attorney holder.

It is clarified that if the claimants are interested to get the amount withdrawn through their power of attorney holder, the Registry can always verify the validity and authenticity of the power of attorney holder and permit the applicants to withdraw the amount.

Hence, Registry to verify the validity and authenticity of the power of attorney and accordingly release the amount as directed by this Court.

Application stands disposed of.
