Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

A prayer made in this petition is to direct the respondents to forthwith stop the construction on the river bay. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a communication dated 30th July, 2025 (Annexure-IV to the petition), issued by the Executive Engineer, Irrigation Department, Achalpur, which in fact supports the case of the petitioner.

Be that as it may, the issue can very well be taken to its logical end by the respondent No.1.

We, therefore, direct that the present petition be treated as representation and the same shall be decided by the respondent No.1 in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of the copy of the petition along with the order passed today. 6.

The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce the copy of the petition along with the order passed today before the respondent No.1 within a period of two weeks from today. 7.

The decision taken be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.
