DATE : 03.11.2025 The petitioner challenges the order dated 30.03.2017 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Society, Amravati Division, Amravati dismissing the appeal No.6/2016 filed under Section 18(4) of the Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014. 2.

Learned AGP for the State points out that the petitioner is having an alternative and efficacious remedy of filing revision before the Registrar General Money Lending, against the said order.

In view thereof, the petition is disposed of as not maintainable. The petitioner is at liberty to file revision before the authority within a period of four weeks Prity
