In short, the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is, though the petitioner is entitled for TDR certificate, the same has not been issued by the respondent authority. He has invited our attention to the letter/application dated 08.05.2025 (page no.49) made by the petitioner to the respondent-Municipal Council, Khamgaon.

Be that as it may, we direct that respondent- Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Khamgaon, to decide the application of the petitioner dated 08.05.2025 with a period of eight weeks from the date of production of copy of this order.

Needless to mention that the respondent -Chief Officer, Municipal Council, shall take into consideration the registered sale deed dated 14.09.2023 while deciding the application of the petitioner. 5.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
