On the last date also nobody had appeared for the applicant and hence the matter was adjourned by this Court under the caption "for dismissal". The record shows that the applicant and his counsel have remained absent before this Court on some dates in the past also. The charge-sheet No. 54 of 2018 has also been filed on 12.11.2018 vide crime No.150 of 2018. Thus, the applicant now has an effective alternate remedy available.
