In response to the notice issued by this Court, the respondents have filed an affidavit on record. Alongwith the said affidavit, the communication dated 22..03.2019 issued to the concerned members of the petitioner Union appointing them on compassionate basis are placed on record.

Shri N.W. Almelkar, learned counsel for the petitioners therefore submits that in view of these orders of appointment, the grievance of the Union stand redressed.
