CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO.385/2019 Heard learned counsel for the applicant/appellant. Ms Anita Mategaonkar, learned counsel for the applicant/ appellant has submitted that the entire amount of compensation has been deposited before Commissioner, Under Workmen's Compensation Act, Labour Court, Akola and remaining amount of compensation will be deposited within four weeks and prays that the execution of impugned order be stayed. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant /appellant, permission is granted to deposit the remaining amount of compensation within four weeks.
