Shri Choubey, learned counsel holding for Shri Naik, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has received the remaining amount, i.e., Rs.4,27,892/- (rupees four lakh twenty seven thousand eight hundred ninety two) (50% of total amount), and accordingly, the entire order, of which the contempt is filed, is complied with.

In this view of the matter, as the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed,
