The present application is filed by the appellants in Second Appeal, who are the original defendants. 2.

Vide order dated 12.03.2021, this Court had directed the appellants to deposit a sum of Rs.7,75,000/-. The Appeal is dismissed vide judgment dated 20.02.2023. The Appeal before the Hon'ble Supreme Court is also dismissed. Thus, decree for specific performance passed in favour of the respondent stands confirmed.

In view of the above, present application is filed by the original defendants seeking to withdraw amount of Rs.7,75,000/- deposited by them with this Court. 5.

Learned Advocate for the respondent has no objection for allowing the application. The application is allowed.
