(Passed on 12.03.2022) Mrs. Mrunal Naik, learned Advocate for the appellant has filed pursis dated 12.03.2022 signed by Authorized Officer of the Company and also Memorandum of compromise.

The terms of the said Memorandum of Compromise are that the appellant seeks to withdraw the appeal. Learned Advocate for the appellant submits that the Company has deposited the amount of compensation in this Court.

The claimants are entitled to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant alongwith accrued interest unconditionally. 4.
In view of the Memorandum of Compromise and pursis, the appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.
