This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal. Ms. Minal Patil h/f Mrs. Mrunal Naik, learned counsel for the applicant. Shri Mandhare, learned counsel for the non-applicant No.1 and Shri Bhat, learned counsel for the non-applicant No.3. Though the applicants Nos.2 and 4 are duly served, they are not represented by anybody.

The delay for filing the appeal is 259 days. As on today, no reply is filed on behalf of any of the nonapplicants, though they orally made submissions. 3.

After hearing the learned counsels, I am of the opinion that the applicant has made out a case for condonation of delay. Hence, I pass the following order :
