CORAM : R.K. DESHPANDE AND A.S. CHANDURKAR, JJ.

DATE : JANUARY 03 , 2020 .

The petitioners claim relief of quashing and setting aside of the order dated 13.10.2018 passed by the State Government holding the respondent no.5 entitled to 100% grant. We fail to understand the locus of the petitioners to challenge such communication. The petitioners do not claim that in place of the respondent no.5, they were entitled to get 100% grant. The petitioners are not the persons aggrieved. This is not a Public Interest Litigation. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. (A.S. CHANDURKAR, J.) (R.K. DESHPANDE, J.) APTE
